笔记说（Saynote）是一款 iOS 语音笔记 App：录音、转写成文字、改写成邮件或纪要、翻译成其他语言。遇到问题先看下面的常见问答，没有答案就直接写信。
不需要。录音、编辑、导出、删除都不需要账号。只有「转写」和「转换 / 翻译」需要用 Apple 账户登录，账号只用来记录转写额度。新账号自带免费额度。
转写需要网络，请确认设备联网。录音本身已安全保存在设备上，稍后重新点「转写」即可，不会重复计费。仍不行请把大致时间与错误提示发给我们。
录音每 30 秒写盘一次，最多只会丢最后几秒。重新打开 App，未完成的录音会出现在列表里。单次录音上限 2 小时，到时自动保存。
在「设置 → 热词」加入人名、公司名和专业术语。转写前可以钉死一种语言，多人对话开启说话人区分。
订阅由 Apple 管理：iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」里取消。免费试用期在到期前至少 24 小时取消不会扣款。取消后当期用到期满，已有笔记不会被锁，录音、编辑、导出照常可用。
在新设备上用同一个 Apple 账户登录笔记说，然后在套餐页底部点「恢复购买」。
「设置 → 数据」可一次导出全部文字，或清除所有数据。删除账号在「设置 → 账号 → 注销账号」，即时生效，本机笔记不受影响。详见隐私政策。

No. Recording, editing, exporting and deleting need no account. Only Transcribe and Rewrite / Translate require Sign in with Apple, and the account exists solely to track transcription quota. New accounts come with free quota.
Transcription needs a network connection. Your recording is already saved on the device; tap Transcribe again later and you will not be charged twice. If it keeps failing, send us the approximate time and the error message.
Recordings are written to disk every 30 seconds, so at most a few seconds are lost. Reopen the app and the unfinished take appears in your list. A single take is capped at two hours and is saved automatically at the limit.
Add names, companies and jargon under Settings → Hot Words. Pin the language before transcribing, and turn on speaker labels for group conversations.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends and you will not be charged. After cancelling you keep access until the period ends. Existing notes are never locked, and recording, editing and exporting keep working.
Sign in to Saynote with the same Apple Account on the new device, then tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the plans page.
Settings → Data lets you export all text at once or clear everything. Delete your account under Settings → Account → Delete Account; it takes effect immediately and does not touch notes on the device. See the Privacy Policy.
